Copy Item

1. From the main screen, click on the tab. The F&I Menu Templates list will appear.
2. Click on the tab. The F&I Item Templates list will appear.
3. Locate the item you want to copy.
4. Click to check the small checkbox preceding the item you want to copy.
5. Click on the button. The F&I Item Builder screen will appear, as in the example below:

   Note: The screen will differ according to your item type selection (i.e. Insurance Item or Other Item).

   

   Note that the word "Copy" has been added to the end of the name in the Current Item field. This is a copy only and will not affect the original item template on which it is based.

6. Edit the item template, as desired.
7. To save your changes to this item, click on the button. You will be returned to the F&I Item Templates screen.

   OR

8. To cancel and discard any changes, click on the button.
