What can you tell me about Rev Automotive and your role in the business?
REV stands for Regina electric vehicles- selling electric and used internal combustion vehicles as well. My role has evolved overall, I’m now responsible for lead generation and data as well as face of the company.
What do you think makes Rev Automotive so successful?
Really it is our team. We have a small team, willingness to pitch in, the combined knowledge and very likeminded people make all the difference.
What would you say are your key responsibilities?
Clients and lead generation, I am their first point of contact, and as such I am very involved with customers. Brand awareness is my focus, we just did Aggribition and I am doing the company tv commercials on CTV. I am the face of the Company. We’re shooting our first commercial Feb 21.
How did you & Rev Automotive come across Quantech?
Aggrey had worked with Quantech at a different dealership and had a terrific experience with the experience with the software, but even more importantly , the team at Quantech, and how easy Quantech is to navigate and wanted same experience at Rev.
When did you and Rev Automotive first implement Quantech, and why?
Rev purchased in May from you (Rick), and I worked with you in July to figure out how to use Quantech. We implemented based upon our need to have a system that could help us to get to where we wanted to be and Aggrey had previous experience with you.
Which part of Quantech software helps you with your responsibilities the most?
Quantech is there for me and always so helpful and friendly when it comes to helping out, and patient. When I trained in July my experience was really good because you took the time to make sure I understood what you were showing me, you were also engaging and that helped me as well. The timing for it was perfect.
How has Quantech contributed to your overall success so far?
The Dealertrack integration has really made a world of difference to me, as I can easily process my paperwork and that makes me more efficient overall in my day to day as it saves so much time and effort.
Has anything surprised you about working with Quantech? Unexpected perks and benefits or something above and beyond?
Just that the team is so efficient and everyone there is so friendly and willing to help out, which really makes adopting a new system so easy!
What was the Quantech team like during your implementation and training process?
The team was terrific, you really helped me to learn and understand the system so well and Nancy in support has been wonderful!
How is the support team when it comes to addressing your daily challenges?
Really great, we can count on you to answer us and help out right away and when we need you, you are always there!
Any final comments?
Just that it has been a great experience and I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future
Would you have any hesitation speaking to others in your industry about your experience so far with Quantech? I would not have any hesitation recommending you or Quantech to other companies or speaking to someone that might be on the fence regarding Quantech or you.
