Quantech Software Inc. is pleased to announce BrokerCom, a new Q-F&I add-on designed specifically for brokers. "BrokerCom addresses two common challenges faced by F&I Brokers; efficiently managing volumes of credit applications; and communicating deal funding status to dealership staff", according to Mike Martin, Quantech, President. With the new features brokers can set a credit application status and enter notes on each deal they're working on. "Being able to perform these tasks on the deal screen saves the business manager time from using yet another program", adds Martin.

Using BrokerCom features, F&I Brokers can easily apply a funding status, add notes and attach documents to their deals without leaving the deal screen.

BrokerCom also addresses a second issue, that being to communicate deal status to the dealership they are doing business on behalf of. "Brokers traditionally communicate deal status using a combination of phone, email, and the Web", Martin. BrokerCom adds a link to the brokers' web site where their dealer-customers can log in and easily find the latest status of their deals. "It's great for the broker and the dealership because neither of them needs to wait on the other for information" Martin." F&I brokers often spend thousands of dollars creating back end solutions to manage their business and keep customers up to date, BrokerCom handles many of these tasks at a fraction of the cost.

After logging in with their unique username and password at the brokers' website, dealership staff can review deals they have sent to the broker.
