Quantech Software Releases Q-GPS 3.1.0 ILM / CRM / Lead Management Software

ILM/CRM software developer Quantech has just released Q-GPS 3.1.0. The update extends the product’s scope beyond the sales department, adds new functionality, and streamlines existing features and processes.

The most notable addition is the extension of Q-GPS beyond the confines of sales. “We used to position Q-GPS primarily as a sales tool”, according to Mike Martin, Quantech Software GM, “now it can be used throughout the dealership”. To help manage this, a new user-type called “non-sales” was added for staff not directly involved in sales.

Another new Q-GPS feature is the ability to automatically apply a defined set of tasks to a lead. The group of tasks, called “Campaigns” can be applied automatically or manually as required. “Managers and manufacturers know the positive effect applying a common sales process has on professionalism and increased sales”, Martin.

For dealerships heavily into web marketing, the updated online ILM/CRM now supports multiple auto-responders. “You wouldn’t want to send the same response to someone making a credit app as you would for a test drive request. The expanded tool allows far more customization”, Martin.

Other changes include augmented task list management tools, a more streamlined system for entering spouses and co-buyers, and a more integrated approach to gathering information on why leads are won and lost. Current users will also find it easier to access customer history. Existing Q-GPS installations will receive the free update within the next two or three weeks.
