Quantech Software Inc is pleased to announce new tools that allow dealer-groups to consolidate F&I activities and reporting across the entire dealer-group.

“A sizable portion of our RV, and Powersports business is from dealer groups that have abandoned their DMS’s F&I tools to use Quantech. Time is money for Business managers and they like how Quantech can increase efficiency because it’s so easy-to-use and integrates with the majority of the F&I vendors and portals”, according to Rick Bouvier, Quantech Sales Manager.

The ability to amalgamate multiple locations into one system also increases management efficiencies. Executives and upper management can access F&I activities across the entire dealer group using one log in; they can view deals in process, produce reports, do remittances and manage users. Standard configuration and forms can be easily adopted across the dealer-group to promote best practices as well as ease HR strain during busy times. “HR departments appreciate how easy it is to float staff between locations as well as how it creates mentoring opportunities when newer employees need assistance on specific deals”, Bouvier.

In addition to its many F&I and finance portal integrations Quantech also integrates with leading CRM/Lead Management software, DealerSocket and can be configured to send or receive inventory from a DMS. “Most DMS’s can be configured to export inventory to web-sites, we can accept that feed so users don’t have to enter unit information when building deals”, Bouvier.
