Newest Q-F&I Release Updates Menus and Improves All-Round Performance

Enhancements to the newest version of Q-F&I Online include significant speed enhancements as well as menu functionality improvements.

Twenty of the most common activities and screens are affected by the speed enhancements in version 2.2.3. They include; print times, deal recalculations, screen refreshes, deal exports, as well as opening & closing screens. "Our programmers worked very hard deep in the code to speed up Q-F&I Online", according to Mike Martin, Quantech Software General Manager, "we've seen deal recalculation times a third of what they were before, and deal disclosure and deal stats printing times reduced by 30 per cent".

The menu features added to Q-F&I Online brings it closer to Q-Menus Online, Quantech's standalone menu software. "These are the first menu enhancements we've done to Q-F&I Online since we launched it in 2013," according to Martin. A key aspect of the new features is a linking tool that links menu items to external documents and movies. "Most F&I providers have professionally done online marketing resources that do an excellent job explaining product benefits. This feature puts them within easy reach whenever they are needed", Martin.

With the Warranty Chooser, users can easily select the warranty they want to present from the entire list of warranties in their system. "We are very pleased to add this feature to Q-F&I Online", according to Martin, "it will increase a business manager's flexibility in showing different warranty options to a customer."
