Quantech Software.com integrates Q-GPS lead management/CRM with its F&I solutions.
Quantech has completed development and testing on the integration between Q-GPS and Q-F&I, their lead management/CRM and F&I products. Dealerships can now use one integrated solution for the complete (end-to-end) sales process; from lead to F&I, through to after-sales follow up. “Dealerships are going to love this”, says Mike Martin, Quantech Software GM. “From a single point of entry, staff can manage leads, appraise trades, desk deals, present offers, do credit apps, sell F&I products (using menus), deliver the unit, and create after-sales follow-ups”.
The integration between the F&I and lead management products streamlines dealership workflow and reduces errors in the business office. “Previously, business managers had to re-enter information into their F&I software when a sales person brought them a signed offer”, explains Martin. “Now, the business manager can pull in an electronic Offer to Purchase containing key vehicle, customer, and trade information, and then turn it into a delivered unit”.
In addition to saving time and error reduction, the integrated solution provides dealerships with cost-cutting opportunities. “In these tough economic times, dealers are looking for ways to simultaneously reduce costs, and increase sales”, explains Martin. “I’m seeing dealerships replacing their expensive solutions that have every bell and whistle known to mankind with ours because it gives them everything they need, at a fraction of the price”.
Customers presently using non-integrated versions of Quantech’s current products will be given options for integrating them.
