Quantech Software.com announces free dealer productivity webinars.
In response to customer requests for additional training resources, Quantech software is announcing a series of free webinars designed to help dealers increase productivity. The first webinar titled Menu Selling Basics for Business Managers is scheduled for Wednesday March 25th, at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST).
“We get requests all the time from customers asking for help transitioning to menu selling, so we knew this would be a great place to begin”, says Mike Martin, Quantech Software GM. “We have a lot of menu selling expertise both from attending training sessions all over the country and from working with hundreds of dealerships using our QMenus software”.
Most of Quantech’s training and support resources are focused on software usage. “When asked for help beyond technical training we’d do what we could with the time we had and then recommend a reputable training organization”. Quantech sees the webinar format as a way to provide more value to their customers in an efficient way. “We can reach hundreds of people simultaneously and archive the webinar for viewing later on”, explains Martin, “We see that both as a time-saver for us and a big benefit for our customers”.
Future webinar titles and dates are yet to be determined. “We’re still narrowing down the list of topics”, says Martin, “two that come to mind are, a more advanced menu selling session and one on how to successfully manage a lead management program”.
