45 Reasons Why You Should Upgrade to Q-F&I Online

- With the exception of our Broker software, if you retain the same number of forms printing stations you have in your current system, there's no charge to move to Q-F&I Online. Additional print stations can be purchased for a nominal fee.

- Simplified Cash Deal Screen.
- Ability to set separate Doc Fee defaults for Cash, Finance, and Lease deals.
- Built in menus (it was an add-on in the Windows version).
- Finance, Cash and Lease deal Quick Quotes - give a buyer (or that pesky sales person) a quick payment or tax-in price without having to enter customer or unit information.

- Improved F&I Reserve Summary Report - the updated report combines front and back end profit making it easier to see your net profit.
- (New) Net Profit Report - The Net Profit Report shows the total net (profit) on a deal (in addition to the front and back end gross, and front and back end net).
- Improved Deal Stats Report - front and back end net profit is shown individually and combined to show a total net profit on any deal.
- Better export to spreadsheet (CSV) for Deals, Contacts, and Inventory Reports. With a couple of mouse-clicks the Online version can easily create a CSV (spreadsheet) file.
- (New )Inventory Cost List Report - Shows aggregate costs by category for each inventory item in the found list. The Totals view shows the information in an "at a glance" format.

- New user-types have been added for Sales Managers, Sales Staff, and Admin staff. Each have their own access privileges.
- Sales staff can use Q-F&I to see available inventory and provide pricing.
- Sales managers can use Q-F&I to desk deals, calculate commissions and track profit.
- Admin staff can add inventory and create inventory reports.
- Book keeping staff can view all deals and reporting information without visiting the dealership. They can even export deals from Q-F&I into a file format easliy imported into Sage 50 or QuickBooks.
