Quantech signed Eric Ibbitson Pre Owned Autos to its Q-Lite F&I software in late August. The fact that they were a milestone customer was discovered by accident.
“I was scrolling through a customer list and it jumped out at me that we had just signed our 1000th customer”, said Jack Pyck, Quantech President and Founder, “It seems like only yesterday we signed our first one”.
Joan and Eric Ibbitson are co-owners of Eric Ibbitson Pre Owned Autos, a pre-owned auto dealership in Nova Scotia. Joan has been a business manager for many years and has taken on that role. Her first impressions of Q-Lite are positive. “The software is so user-friendly I was able to use it before I was trained, and all of the staff are super friendly and very helpful”, said Joan Ibbitson.
VanIsle Finance Ltd was Quantech’s first customer back in 1999. Doug Pearson is the president of VanIsle, a Vancouver Island firm, specializing in providing F&I (broker) services for RV, PowerSport, and Marine dealerships. “Having previously used other (F&I) software programs, Q-F&I is by far the easiest and most straight forward”, said Pearson. Pearson does most of his business on the phone and finds the speed and flexibility of Q-F&I helps him sell more. “I can take a base payment and quickly add, delete, change, or modify whatever type of insurance I want to put in the deal with the customer on the phone. I never have to call them back with a price”, Pearson.
Pyck believes that while almost everything in the industry has changed since then, what set Quantech apart still applies. “We design extremely powerful software that’s flexible and easy-to-use with unparalleled personalized service”, Pyck.
