Customer survey praises Quantech’s technical support, training, and overall software value

In late July and early August, 600 Quantech customers were sent an online survey and asked to rate the company on its training, technical support and the benefits they get from using its software. "We haven’t done a customer survey for a few years", says Jack Pyck, company founder, "we thought it was time we got some feedback from our customers. I’m very happy with the 20% response rate, that’s higher than normal and statistically relevant."

Of the three customer service questions, the one pertaining to Quantech’s technical support received highest marks with an average rating of 92%. In the comments area, one customer added, "The most important thing to me and this business is how quick I may access tech support when needed and how effective they are at resolving the issue. Quantech has consistently provided timely service along with complete efficiency when needed".

In another question, customers rated the benefits they get from using Quantech software with an average rating of 86%, just slightly lower than its technical support rating. "It’s gratifying to see Quantech customers get real value from using our products, especially in these tough economic times", says Pyck.

Quantech customers also gave a fairly high score to Quantech’s online and phone-based training. "Considering our training is phone and web-based, the average rating of 77% is surprisingly high", suggests Mike Martin, Quantech’s General Manager. "I expect the scores to improve now that we have "How To" movies embedded in GPS and QMenus", Martin adds.

Quantech plans on doing more surveys in the future given the high response rates of this one. "They’re easy to make, customers don’t seem to mind doing them, and the information is very helpful", Martin
