Set Deal Defaults

Set Finance Deal Defaults

1. Click on the tab.
2. Click on the button. The Deal Defaults will appear, as in the example below:

   

3. Locate the Finance Deal section.
   1. Select the number of finance Payments Per Year (1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 26, 52, 365) by clicking on the button on the right.
   2. Enter the finance Term, Amortization, and Rate.
   3. Select a Balloon Pmt. Due option by clicking on the button on the right.

5. To save your changes, click on the button. OR
6. To discard any changes and close the Deal Defaults screen, click on the button.

Set Lease Deal Defaults

1. Click on the tab.
2. Click on the button. The Deal Defaults will appear, as in the example below:

   

3. Locate the Lease Deal section.
   1. Select the number of lease Payments Per Year (1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 26, 52, 365) by clicking on the button on the right.
   2. Enter the Term of the lease.
   3. Click to choose Use Rate or Use Factor.
   4. Enter the corresponding lease Rate % or Factor #.

5. To save your changes, click on the button. OR
6. To discard any changes and close the Deal Defaults screen, click on the button.

Set Default F&I Menu Types

1. Click on the tab.
2. Click on the button. The Deal Defaults will appear, as in the example below:

   

3. Locate the Default F&I Menu Types section.
4. Using the button on the right of each deal type, select the desired option. Refer to the table below for details:

   Cash Deals	Choose one of the following: None Options Only Total Price Total Price (Inc. Taxes) Options & Total Price Options & Both Prices
   Finance Deals	Choose one of the following: None Options Only Payments Options & Payments
   Lease Deals	Choose one of the following: None Options Only Options & Payments Options & Pmts. Inc. Tax Options & Both Payments Payments Both Payments
