Print Declination (Menu Declined)

1. Apply F&I Menus.
2. Present the menu to the customer.
3. If the customer declines the entire menu, click on the button. A confirmation message will appear, as below:

   

4. To print the declination form, click on the OK button (to cancel, click on the Cancel button). A preview window will appear.
5. Click on the icon. A Print Report window will appear.
6. Choose pages, and click on the Print button. A Windows Print screen will appear.
7. Set print preferences, as desired.
8. Click on the OK button. The declination will be sent to the selected printer. See below for an example of a printed declination form:

   

9. Have the customer initial and sign the declination.
10. Sign the Presented By line yourself.

    Tip: We also advise getting the customer to sign a copy of the final menu proving you showed them all of the products – you will want to include it in the deal-jacket.
