Add Group

IMPORTANT: Before creating groups, you must enter your product items. See Item Templates for details.

We recommend building a menu from left to the right where the group on the far left offers all of the options and the one on the right offers basic coverage.

To speed up the process, create your first group (listing all product options) and use the Copy button to create remaining groups from the first one (removing and/or modifying any product options not applicable for that group).

1. From the main screen, click on the tab. The F&I Menu Templates list will appear.
2. Click on the tab. The F&I Group Templates list will appear.
3. At the top, right of the list, click on the button. The F&I Group Builder screen will appear, as in the example below:

   Note: Your product items listed in the Template Items column may differ from those shown below.

   

4. Click inside the Current Group text box and enter a descriptive name for the group.
5. To create this group, click on a link below:

   View Item Details

   Add Item to Group

   Remove Item from Group

   Change Order of Items in Group

6. To save this new group, click on the button. You will be returned to the F&I Group Templates list, where your new group will be listed.

   To discard any changes and return to the F&I Group Templates list, click on the button.
