Manager of Customer Experience
You will be responsible for all customer interaction including software build, installation, training, and increasing usage. While a knowledge of F&I would be beneficial; team-fit, willingness to learn, attention to detail and the ability to communicate and solve problems will be more so.
Overseeing the “Experience” Department
You will take the lead in building strong relationships with our clients; the number one goal being to make Quantech a mission critical solution in each dealership we work with. You will be responsible for maintaining our current high levels of support while always looking for opportunities to streamline processes.
Experience & Skills
- 2 Years (minimum) customer support
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills while being collaborative and team-oriented in nature
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Should have experience using CRM systems (we use ACT for everything) and web-based training tools
- Sales or F&I experience at dealership, or similar banking experience
Job Duties (including but not limited to)
Manage and oversee all aspects of the customer experience including setup, activation and usage
Develop and promote training materials and best practices
Inform customers on new features
Liaison with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Answer phones and perform other clerical duties (all staff answer phones)
