New Q-Menus Online Features...The "F&I Chooser" makes presenting the right Menu even easier.
Selecting the best products for your menu presentation couldn't be easier!
In most Q-Menus Online installations menu templates are built around the warranties and options most relevant for the presentation. It's not uncommon to see dozens of menu templates in some installations because of the large number of options available. The F&I Chooser eliminates the need to build templates around specific items and saves time when creating a menu. The user is now able to easily choose a Warranty, Maintenance Plan, Tire and Wheel and GAP product that is the most relevant to present to the customer.
Here's how to use the feature:
- Start a new menu deal; enter the customer, vehicle and deal information
2. Click the Apply F&I Menus button
3. Select the menu template you would like to use in the deal.
4. Use the menu template as is by clicking the Apply button OR...
5. Click the Overwrite check box beside the option you would like to change at which point you can either select an existing item, OR...
6. Create options on the fly defining your own name description and price.
Note: Your original menu template will not be affected. The template will be replaced by your selection in the custom menu only.
