Software Versions to Suit a Range of Dealership Sizes

In addition to using Q-F&I to calculate your payments and print your forms, you can also use it to manage your Contacts and Inventory. It comes with powerful reporting tools, and includes menu selling and Buy Here Pay Here (in-house finance) modules. Functionality speaking, Q-F&I comes with everything an Auto, RV, Power Sport, or Marine business office needs so there’s nothing extra to buy.

Quantech Q-F&I is available in a Single-User as well as Multi-User Host/Guest, Client/Server LAN and WAN network versions.

Single-User

A single-user version, for all dealerships.

Multi-User Small Network (Peer-To-Peer)

A multi-user peer to peer version, for small to medium-sized dealerships, accommodating up to 3 users. It does not require a dedicated server computer.

Multi-User Client/Server for LAN

A multi-user client/server version, for small to large dealerships. It requires a dedicated server computer.

Multi-User Client/Server for WAN A multi-user client/server network version that operates over Microsoft Terminal Services, for small to large dealerships that need wide area network access. This version needs a dedicated server computer as well as a dedicated terminal server computer running Windows 2000 or 2003 Server. Terminal services clients are needed for each terminal.

Broker Version

All versions can be configured for broker use, supporting multiple business names.

Wireless Advisory

Wireless network cards and routers are not recommended, or supported for our Host / Guest and Client / Server Products. For optimum performance we recommend a 100Base-T Network Card and Network Hub.
