Other selling tools like F&I details that lets you show the granular cost of each F&I product in the deal. The menu selling option is always just a click away for finance managers that prefer to present F&I options using that approach.

Quantech Q-F&I includes powerful calculators to calculate all lease and finance options on-the-fly, and because the software is integrated with the inventory system, you can enter or adjust trade values on the spot and everything is recalculated in real-time.

The Q-F&I Inventory screen provides screens for Auto, RV, Power Sport and Marine units so you can sell any type of unit. From the Inventory tab you can view all your inventory data, unit pricing, reconditioning costs and reporting, all from one easy-to-access window. These powerful inventory tools allow you to create customized window stickers, locate pending deals on inventory, as well as detailed custom reports and at-a-glance rolling reports, with or without cost information.

Contact Management

The Q-F&I Contact database provides tools to manage your F&I customers. With Q-F&I it is easy to produce detailed customer reports, perform mail merges, delineate business contacts, send emails; and store private employer and personal information.

When using Q-F&I with Quantech’s CRM/Lead Management software, Q-GPS, customer and purchase information can be exported to Q-GPS allowing extensive post-sale follow up activities.

Hassle-free F&I Forms

Forms printing is one of the most powerful functions in Q-F&I. Once a deal is complete, you can send all needed forms to the printer with the touch of a button. Q-F&I supports impact and plain-paper printers, so forms can be printed in triplicate when necessary, or on plain-paper network printers.

Quantech make your forms for you, so you don’t have to worry – it’s all part of the set-up process when you get Q-F&I. In addition, if your forms change, just give us a call and we’ll send you the update that’s easily installed with a mouse-click. There’s no limit to the number or kind of forms that can be supported, so as your business grows, the Q-F&I will grow with you. In addition, invoices are sequentially numbered for accounting purposes, and insurance contracts have unique sequential reserved numbering.
