Forms is one of the most powerful functions in Quantech Q-Lite. Once a deal is complete, you can send all needed forms to the printer with the touch of a button. Quantech Q-Lite supports impact printers, so forms can be printed in triplicate if necessary, or you can send the print job to any laser printer or ink-jet on your network.

And Quantech service reps make all your forms for you, so you don’t have to worry about it! That is all part of the set-up process when you get Quantech Q-Lite. In addition, if your forms change at any time, just give us a call and we’ll send you a new file by e-mail. Your new forms will be installed with the click of a mouse.

Quantech Q-Lite has no limit on the number or kind of forms that can be supported, so as your business grows, the software grows with you. In addition, invoices are sequentially numbered for accounting purposes, and insurance contracts have unique sequential reserved numbering.
