Getting Trained on Q-F&I is EASY

With
Quantech Q-F&I, you get unlimited training (yes, you read that
right -- unlimited!) for no extra cost! We offer this because we know
how intimidating computers can be for some people, and to get the most
from your investment, you have to feel comfortable with the system.
In addition, our trainers have all worked as dealership business
managers, so they can help you not only learn the software but ensure
you are using Q-F&I to sell more F&I.
And with unlimited training, even if your staff members have limited
computer experience, there is nothing to hold them back from learning
because we will be there for them. Most users are up-to-speed in a
couple of hours of training, so don’t expect you will need a lot of
hand holding; but it is good to know it is available in case you ever
need a refresher or if you have new staff members who need a session or
two.
Adding New F&I Products or Changing Suppliers?
No problem. As part of your monthly support fee we will provide you
with printing capabilities for the forms you need to run your F&I
department. Our forms experts will work with you and your suppler to
determine the best way to go – laser print or dot-matrix. Note: Some
restrictions apply.
