Sales & Support Account Manager

Quantech Software.com needs someone with experience, preferably sales, in Auto, RV, Marine, or Powersport dealerships. Initially the role will be multi-facetted, combining sales & marketing, support and account management. The successful candidate will assist launching Q-GPS, and sales. You’ll also be responsible to train and support initial users as well as communicate product enhancement ideas to our development team.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: (reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing):
Respond to telephone, e-mail and faxed leads using a prescribed sales process
Use of web presentation tools to show customers how Q-GPS addresses their specific applications; close sales, provide monthly sales reports and forecasts etc.
Identify potential partners that have existing relationships with dealers.
Attend industry related trade shows. NOTE: very little travel is expected.
Provide new Q-GPS customers with implementation assistance and training.
Liaison with customers and the Q-GPS development team to ensure software enhancements are customer focused.
Perform other after-sales follow-up and communication with genuine care for the customers’ needs and requirements.
Experience, Qualifications, and Profile:
At least two years of sales experience.
Knowledge or experience of Auto, RV, Marine, or Powersport dealerships as a sales rep, sales manager or business manager (this is a must).
Strong computer, phone and personal communication skills, (ACT, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Passionate, self-directed, ability to get along and work effectively in a small office environment, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, analytical, optimistic.

Compensation:
Combination of salary (based on experience) and commission. (Initial compensation will be more heavily weighted towards salary).
