Quantech Software - Forms Specialist

Quantech software, is a leading Canadian developer of software for auto, powersport, RV, and marine dealerships. The company has been in business for over ten years and has almost 600 Canadian customers.
Job Summary
In the finance office, dealerships use Quantech software to do payment calculations and forms printing on every vehicle and insurance or add-on product they sell. Reporting directly to the owner and president, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support all aspects of the firm’s roughly 1000 forms. That includes, creation, testing and implementation.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must be computer literate able to use Windows and standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be detail oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
Must show excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to act interact and work professionally with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
Must be equally comfortable accepting direction as well as managing ones own workday.
Experience:
Prior experience working with forms is not a requirement of this position.
Experience working in financial institution and/or experience with lease and/or finance calculations would be useful.
Experience using Dot Matrix and laser printers would be useful.
Experience using FileMaker Pro would be useful.
Compensation:
Quantech Software offers a very competitive compensation package for this entry-level position that includes Salary, and Benefits ($30,000 +).
